A certified Information Governance Professional (IGP) and Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO), Chuck also serves on the steering committee of the Law Firm Information Governance Symposium (LFIGS), where he contributes to shaping best practices across the industry.

Michelle Kirk is the Director of Information Governance for Koch, Inc. and serves as the Chief Privacy Officer at Georgia-Pacific. At Koch, she co-leads Legal & Compliance AI Governance, developing policy, guidance, and risk assessment protocols in this rapidly evolving technology space. At GP, Michelle is the Information Management and Governance Compliance & Ethics Subject Matter Expert at the corporate level. This includes responsibilities in Data Privacy, Records & Information Management, Intellectual Property, and Communications Compliance.

Sue Trombley, MLIS, FAI, is Managing Director of Thought Leadership at Iron Mountain. Trombley led Iron Mountain’s Information Management Consulting group for 10 years managing a team of subject matter experts and running large engagements. She now conducts research to share with the Information Management community at large by hosting webinars, blogging, and speaking at association events. She sits on the University of Texas at Austin School of Information Advisory Council, is a past AIIM Board member, and is a past ARMA regional advisor and past president of its Boston Chapter. She is ARMA Fellow #51.
