Sue Trombley has more than 25 years of information governance consulting experience. Prior to her current role, Trombley led Iron Mountain’s Consulting group responsible for business development, managing a team of subject matter experts, and running large engagements. Trombley holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science and recently was certified as an Information Government Professional. She sits on the AIIM Board, the University of Texas at Austin of School of Information Advisory Council, and is President of the Boston ARMA Chapter. She is Iron Mountain’s representative on the newly formed Information Governance Initiative and is a frequent speaker at association events.

Julia Bonder-Le Berre is an attorney at law with significant experience in advising international organizations on privacy and data protection. Currently, Julia is Head of Global Privacy / Global Privacy Officer at Iron Mountain. She is responsible for managing a global data privacy and data residency program to ensure on-going compliance across the organization and that privacy is embedded in services. Before that she was Global Privacy Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and served as a member of the HPE AI Ethics Advisory Committee, HPE Inclusion&Diversity Committee, and was on the Board of Directors of HPE Women Network. Before joining HPE, Julia was Senior Privacy & Data Protection Counsel at Mastercard. Prior to Mastercard, Julia was Associate at Baker&McKenzie law firm and worked from their offices in Warsaw, Brussels and London. Julia is a law graduate from the University of London and the University of Warsaw. She served as a member of the IAPP European Advisory Board and she dedicates her time to pro bono work with students from Queen Mary University of London. Currently, Julia is a member of PICCASO Advisory Board.

Steven E. Lester is Senior Corporate Counsel, Senior Manager, with Iron Mountain’s Global Privacy and Compliance team. Mr. Lester counsels the business on a variety of corporate compliance topics, including Code of Ethics, Privacy and Data Breach Incident Response, Sales and Marketing Compliance, and Latin America Privacy. He is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and member of the Massachusetts Bar. He received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and his B.A. from Tufts University.
