Mrs. Lalwani joined Lakeland Bank in August 2008 as Senior Vice President, Director, Retail Sales and has more than 20 years of retail banking experience. Before joining Lakeland Bank, where she currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer, Ellen was previously employed by TD Bank, Key Bank, Hudson United Bank, and began her banking career at Chase. Mrs. Lalwani earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics from St. John’s University and graduated with an M.B.A. from Strayer University with a Welch Scholar designation.  Ellen graduated from the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She has earned an Aresty Scholar designation from The Wharton School of Business. She currently attends Capella University pursuing doctoral studies in leadership and management.  Ellen is an Advisory Board Member to the American Banker’s Association Stonier Graduate School of Business and the Wharton School of Business Leadership Program.

Prior to FIS Global, Nishanth held distinguished consulting and industry roles at Comerica Bank, KeyBank, Fifth Third Bank, S&P Global, FedEx, SunTrust Bank and Cognizant. Nishanth is passionate about the future of technology for Financial Services businesses and his professional pursuits have resulted in noteworthy industry outcomes, to name a few – Data and digital channel products for Treasury Services, Voice AI and conversational banking products, Paperless banking solutions for Cards and Retirements operations, Global end-of-day custom index platform, Mobile and web banking products, Payment API products, Omni channel & client insights solutions and a Global revenue management platform.

Is a seasoned Technology veteran with strong experience in Cyber Security, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation and Portfolio modernization. Prior to his current role as the CISO at Flagstar Bank, he was the CIO for a Consumer products company and the Emerging markets subsidiary of a major Healthcare Payer. He brings a unique perspective to the Technology driven business acceleration with a blend of experience in technology and cyber security leadership roles.
