Brooks Hoffman serves as ITAD Partner Manager for Iron Mountain’s Asset Lifecycle Management division. He is responsible for coordinating the global delivery of Secure ITAD across Iron Mountain’s multi-continent network. Brooks possesses 19 years of experience in the IT Asset Disposition industry, having formerly co-founded and served as CFO for LifeSpan, a national ITAD firm based in Denver, Colorado.

Ryan Stefani serves as the Product Manager at ITAM Forum, which includes ITAM Review and LISA. With over 15 years of industry experience, Ryan is a seasoned IT Asset Management (ITAM) professional, specializing in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), SaaS Management, and Configuration Management. He is widely recognized for his research contributions in the ITAM field, including projects like the 'ITAM in the Digital Age' research survey and articles such as the Magic Quadrant for SAM Tools. Ryan's passion lies in utilizing ITAM to unlock valuable insights about organizational assets, empowering improved decision-making that drives business value from technology, mitigates risks, and enhances the technology experience.

Sue Trombley, MLIS, FAI, is Managing Director of Thought Leadership at Iron Mountain. Trombley led Iron Mountain’s Information Management Consulting group for 10 years managing a team of subject matter experts and running large engagements. She now conducts research to share with the Information Management community at large by hosting webinars, blogging, and speaking at association events. She sits on the University of Texas at Austin School of Information Advisory Council, is a past AIIM Board member, and is a past ARMA regional advisor and past president of its Boston Chapter. She is ARMA Fellow #51.
