Vice-President, Chief Privacy Officer & Associate General Counsel - Memorial Hermann Health System

Monique serves as VP, Chief Privacy Officer & Associate General Counsel at Memorial Hermann Health System. In her role, she provides advice and counsel to the organization in respect to both complex and routine privacy, data sharing, data breach notifications, release of information, research and a variety of other legal issues impacting electronic medical records, data privacy, and data use. Prior to joining the legal and privacy departments, Monique spent six years in a variety of risk  management positions at Memorial Hermann, including the Director of Risk Management at Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center and the System Director of Clinical Risk Management. Prior to her legal and risk management roles, Monique worked as a registered nurse for 10 years. Monique received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Nursing from Arizona State University, her juris doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, and hopes to finish her master’s degree in nursing.

Director of Emergency Management and Organizational Resilience, Memorial Hermann Health System

Adam Lee is the Director of Emergency Management and Organizational Resilience for Memorial Hermann Health System. In this role, he oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive emergency management and business continuity programs, as well as all operational aspects of cybersecurity preparedness and response. Additionally, Adam is an Adjunct Professor at Sam Houston State University.
 
Adam’s academic background includes an MBA, master’s degree, Certified Emergency Manager, and a Master Continuity Practitioner. Adam has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed and professional journals and serves as an advisory member for the Homeland Security Institute, Association of Continuity Professionals Healthcare Special Interest Group, and the Greater Houston Partnership’s Resilience Advisory Group.

Craig Wood is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in cybersecurity, IT strategy, and executive leadership. As the Principal and CEO of PSY Logistics Technology Partners, LLC, he leads a boutique consultancy specializing in fractional CIO/CISO and advisory services, CMMC governance auditing and remediation, and providing organizations with strategic guidance to enhance their technology leadership and security posture.  Craig was a Finalist in the 2021 and 2023 ORBIE Awards for CIO of the Year in the Super Global Category featured in the Houston Business Journal and competing with global enterprises such as HPE, Lyondell Basell, TechnipFMC and others.

Craig's credentials include certifications such as CISM, CCP, and ITIL v4, reflecting his commitment to excellence and continuous learning in the field of information security.
Brian Benn

Chief Information Officer - Clark Atlanta University

Brian Benn is serving as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Clark Atlanta University. Prior to his current position, Brian successfully led the Atlanta Housing IT staff through the pandemic. He afforded the agency to continue to support the roughly 26,000 households and 70,000 participants in the City of Atlanta.  

Brian studied Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and has a Master of Business Administration degree from Belhaven University.  Brian serves on the executive advisory board for Atlanta Technology Professionals, the national advisory board for the Government Technology Special Districts Program, the Atlanta CIO advisory board, the executive committee for the Technology Association of Georgia, and as board chair for GeorgiaCIO.  

Brian was recognized as an Icon of TAG 2024 and the recipient of Georgia CIO’s 2023 CIO of the Year and TechBridge’s 2022 Ed Steinike CIO of the Year awards.  He was also selected as one of Government Technology's Top 25 Doers, Dreamers & Drivers for 2021 and the Atlanta Technology Professional of the Year for 2020, among other distinctions.  

Brian has authored and presented topics from leadership to cybersecurity and is regarded as one of the thought leaders in Atlanta’s technology ecosystem.  Brian is a technology evangelist with a passion for bridging the digital divide.

Manager of Enterprise Records Management - Apache Corporation

Jennifer serves as the Manager of Enterprise Records Management at Apache Corporation, where she oversees records and information management activities across the US, UK, and Egypt and serves as an expert witness for legal matters. Her role involves collaborating with business units to enhance record-keeping practices and facilitating training opportunities to raise awareness for Records & Information Management.

Jennifer’s background includes records management positions across various industries including energy, financial, sports, and hospitality.  Jennifer is a Certified Records Manager, accredited by the Institute of Certified Records Managers and serves on the board of directors for the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) Houston Chapter.
