Kevin and his team serve as advisors and internal consultants to global company leaders and business units to develop and implement sustainable business strategies that address a wide range of ESG issues such as climate and energy footprint, human rights, social impacts, circular economy, ESG reporting, corporate philanthropy and community engagement.  Recent company highlights include; committing to the Climate Pledge - Net Zero by 2040, RE100 Leadership award and scoring a perfect 100 on the Human Rights Campaign workplace equity scorecard.

Kevin serves on the Board of Clean Energy Buyers Alliance (CEBA), is a member of the Future of Internet Power working group and is past Chair of the Nareit ESG Council (RESC).  He also serves on  a number of professional sustainability advisory boards including Sustainable Brands and Net Impact.  He is an instructor in ESG reporting at the Harvard Extension School sustainable business graduate program. 
Arlette Walls

Global Records and Information Manager, Iron Mountain

Arlette Walls joined Iron Mountain over 4 years ago as a Global Records and Information Manager, managing Iron Mountain’s internal RIM programme. Her experience comes from 15+ years in the life sciences industry, leading global and cross-functional initiatives in records management, compliance, risk and data privacy. While working in the biotech industry, she also served on the PRIMO board (Pharmaceutical Records and Information Management Organisation). 

As an Information Governance Professional (IGP) and Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO),  she advocates collaboration with IG stakeholders such as Legal, Risk, IT, Security, Privacy and business units. One of her approaches is to use their ongoing projects or initiatives to drive good information lifecycle management and contribute to the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Sue Trombley

Managing Director of Thought Leadership, Iron Mountain

Sue Trombley has more than 25 years of information governance consulting experience. Prior to her current role, Trombley led Iron Mountain’s Consulting group responsible for business development, managing a team of subject matter experts, and running large engagements. Trombley holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science and recently was certified as an Information Government Professional. She sits on the AIIM Board, the University of Texas at Austin of School of Information Advisory Council, and is President of the Boston ARMA Chapter. She is Iron Mountain’s representative on the newly formed Information Governance Initiative and is a frequent speaker at association events.
