Iwona Sikora

Senior Vice President & GM, Europe & South Africa, Iron Mountain

Iwona was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Europe & South Africa region in October 2021. In this role, Iwona is responsible for leading the regional business to deliver physical and digital records and information management solutions for our customers in 34 countries across the region.

Since joining Iron Mountain in 2003, Iwona has held several critical positions including Senior Vice President and General Manager for Canada and Country General Manager for Poland. She not only drove customer, operational, people, and financial growth and improvements; she also led innovative solutions for several of our strategic international clients – especially in the financial services sector.

In 2015, Iwona was promoted to lead the Global Accounts organization. In this role, she was successful in building a program, team and infrastructure that helped Iron Mountain address important business challenges and opportunities for our most important global customers.

Sue Trombley

Managing Director of Thought Leadership, Iron Mountain

Sue Trombley, Managing Director of Thought Leadership at Iron Mountain, has more than 25 years of information governance consulting experience. Prior to her current role, Trombley led Iron Mountain’s Consulting group responsible for business development, managing a team of subject matter experts, and running large engagements.

Trombley holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science and recently was certified as an Information Government Professional. She sits on the AIIM Board, the University of Texas at Austin of School of Information Advisory Council, and is President of the Boston ARMA Chapter. She is Iron Mountain’s representative on the newly formed Information Governance Initiative and is a frequent speaker at association events.
